Get the best performance out of your Vortec engine with a high performance coil, distributor and spark plug wires from ACCEL. Our billetech distributors are engineered from aircraft grade aluminum and outfitted with a flat cap for clearance. The high strength steel shaft and bearings ensure lasting performance and durability.
The coil included in our Vortec tune up kits feature high turns ratio windings around an M36 high silicone magnetic steel E-core for higher energy and voltage outputs. It offers a primary resistance of 0.2 Ohms and a secondary resistance 6.7 k Ohms.
The included Extreme 9000 wire set has a heat reflective coating on the wire boots and double silicone insulation coating the high performance ferro-spiral core wires. These ultra heat resistant wires provide 500 Ohms/ft resistance with the highest level of RFI/EMI suppression.
